Tesla, as a holdable certificate. Mint it, LP it, lend it, redeem it.

uTSLA certificate plate

The uTSLA vault holds a fully backed long on the Tesla equity perp on Robinhood Chain and mints certificates against it, one token's worth of exposure plus tUSDG margin behind every certificate in circulation.

Tesla is one of the deepest books on Robinhood Chain, and every dollar of it is a leveraged perp. If you want TSLA exposure today, you are managing funding, margin, and a liquidation price around the clock.

A perp is a position, not an asset. You cannot LP it, post it as collateral, or hold it and walk away. The most traded stock on chain was also the least ownable.

Price, supply, buffer and delta drift are read from the vault, the certificate and the oracle on the dashboard, each one shown with the age of the attestation it rests on. No figure for this vault is published here, because nothing on this page reads the chain.

Conditions that can refuse a redemption — forceExit is gated on nothing. Above the instant cap redemption is queued, not refused.

Deposit tUSDG, receive uTSLA at oracle price in the same transaction. Burn uTSLA, receive tUSDG back the same way. The vault's solvency math is proven on-chain at every attestation and published with the age of that proof, so none of this requires trusting us.

The vault opens an equivalent long on the Tesla equity perp the moment you deposit. Delta target 1.0, enforced by a band check on each attested batch and rebalanced permissionlessly: rebalance() is callable by anyone.

Funding accrues to a per-asset buffer: positive funding grows it, sustained negative funding draws it down, and past a published threshold the remainder becomes a transparent holding fee. Buffered, then fee'd, never hidden.

I stopped checking funding rates the day I minted. It tracks Tesla, it sits in my wallet, and I can leave whenever I want. That did not exist before.
