Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how UseCert handles information when you use the UseCert interface and website. UseCert is a frontend interface to public smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. We do not custody funds, and we do not require accounts, emails, or personal information to use the protocol.
2. Information we collect
Connecting a wallet shares your public wallet address with the interface only. On chain transactions are public by design and are recorded on Robinhood Chain, where they can be read by anyone.
If you subscribe to the vault report, we store the email address you provide solely to send that newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time from any issue.
3. How we use information
We use your public wallet address to display your positions, certificates, and transaction history in the interface. We use aggregate, non-identifying usage data to improve the interface. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Third party services
The interface relies on third party infrastructure such as RPC providers, oracles, and hosting services. These providers may process standard request metadata such as IP addresses and browser information. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
5. Data retention and security
On chain data is immutable and cannot be deleted by anyone, including us. Off chain data we hold, such as newsletter subscriptions, is retained only as long as needed and protected with industry standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the interface at your own risk.
6. Protocol disclaimer
Certificates are synthetic instruments backed by on chain perp positions and tUSDG margin. No dividends, no shareholder rights. Not available where synthetic equity exposure is restricted. UseCert is infrastructure, not investment advice.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date. For any questions about this document, reach the team on X (x.com/usecert) or Telegram (t.me/usecert).
